Join Us This Summer on the Treaty One Powwow Trail!
We are thrilled to announce the dates for the 2024 Treaty One Powwow Trail! Open to all, this is your guide to the upcoming powwows where our Nations will come together to celebrate our Anishinaabe culture, enjoy delicious food, and witness the beautiful dances of our people.
Powwow Schedule:
– Swan Lake First Nation: June 28-30
– Peguis First Nation: July 19-21
– Anishinaabe Days: July 27-28
– Sagkeeng First Nation: August 2-4
– Long Plain First Nation: August 3-4
– Brokenhead Ojibway Nation: August 9-11
– Roseau River Anishinabe First Nation: August 9-11
– Sandy Bay Ojibway First Nation: August 23-25
We look forward to dancing, laughing, and connecting with our Relatives on their traditional lands. The Powwow trail kicks off this Friday in Swan Lake First Nation at 7 PM—you won’t want to miss it!
