Last year, we honoured the remarkable legacies of Murray Sinclair and Phil Fontaine, two of the most notable figures in Indigenous advocacy, with Lifetime Achievement Awards. Their lifelong commitment to justice, reconciliation, and Indigenous rights continues to inspire us all.

This year, we turn the spotlight on a new group of leaders whose innovative work is shaping the future of Treaty One. We are especially proud to present the Treaty One Recognition Award to Nahanni Fontaine in honour of her outstanding contributions to advocacy, leadership, and the advancement of Indigenous rights.
