Noah Wahquahboshkuk is a trailblazing first-generation university graduate, honourable Mskotani Potawatomi, Winnebago, Sauk Anishinabe, a proud father of five, and a direct descendant of Wabokieshiek, the esteemed Sauk/Winnebago leader. Noah currently serves as the Intergovernmental Relations Manager for Treaty One Nations, tasked with facilitating strategic relationships and key partnerships with stakeholders. Noah undertakes developmental work rooted in community engagement and consultation that renews and formalizes government functions with new jurisdiction, leading to a pathway of self-governance. Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Haskell Indian Nations University and a Master of Business Administration from Baker University, Noah is also a graduate of Pre-Law Summer Institute, holds a Native American Finance Officer Association certification for Tribal Financial Managers Certificate, and possesses a formidable educational foundation that hones a diverse skill set across multiple disciplines.

Noah’s diverse professional journey spans casino financial and data analytics, federal grant management, commercial and residential construction development, tribal policy development, and program implementation. Noah brings to the table a wealth of skills and expertise, including: proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to drive informed financial decisions; skill in data collection, interpretation, and presentation using various analytical tools; experience in contract negotiation, drafting, and compliance to ensure effective contract administration; knowledge in grant funding processes, compliance requirements, and reporting for grant activities; and is well-versed in regulatory compliance in the gaming industry, financial regulations, and grant regulation. Noah’s mission is clear—to leverage his business expertise to empower tribal governments in upholding sovereignty with unwavering dedication.
