Jaden Hobson-Buboire

Makadezha Omiimii Ikwe (Purple Dove Woman), Jaden Hobson-Buboire, is a young and flourishing proud Anishinaabe Ikwe. A member of Swan Lake First Nation who was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and is honoured to contribute to the economic well-being of the seven Treaty One communities.

As the Administrative Assistant for the Workforce Mobilization + Strategic Partnership department at Treaty One Nations, Jaden implements data analysis and reporting by collecting and interpreting workforce data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. She prepares reports for key stakeholders and senior management, highlighting insights and recommendations, while also supporting the Workforce team and other departments.
