DESCRIPTION:A Community Information Session will be held for Sandy Bay Ojibway First Nation Band Members to discuss & review the draft land code and land code voting process for the Naawi-Oodena Urban Economic Development Zone on the former Kapyong Barracks lands in Winnipeg\, MB. \nThe Treaty One Land Code will apply ONLY to Naawi-Oodena and future Treaty One Joint Reserve Lands and NOT on-reserve. A successful vote will mean that the seven Treaty One Nations will govern and manage the jointly held lands\, together\, as one collective government. \nOpen to all Sandy Bay Ojibway First Nation Members \n\n5:00 pm – 8:00 pm\nIsaac Beaulieu Memorial School\, 500 Townsite Bay\n\n***Light refreshments and door prizes*** \nPlease direct any questions to inquiries@treaty1.ca
